Products and Collectibles
Indian Coin Store offers ancient coins, Indian coins, world coins, silver coins, gold coins and related numismatic collectibles.
Unless otherwise stated, the product photographs show the actual coin you will receive. Please review the photographs, description, condition and price carefully before ordering.
Ancient and circulated coins may naturally have:
- Toning, patina and surface deposits
- Wear, scratches or edge marks
- Irregular shape or thickness
- Off-centre or weak strikes
- Minor variations in weight, colour and size
These age-related characteristics are not considered defects when they are visible in the photographs or mentioned in the description.
Authenticity and Grading
All coins are offered as genuine unless clearly described as replicas, reproductions or fantasy issues.
Coin grading and condition descriptions represent our honest assessment. Grading can be subjective and may differ between collectors or professional grading services.
Metal purity, professional certification or scientific testing is guaranteed only when specifically mentioned on the product page.
Prices
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Product prices may change without prior notice.
The final amount, including the applicable shipping charge, will be shown during checkout.
Collectible coin prices are based on factors such as rarity, condition, demand and numismatic value. They may be higher than the coin’s face value or metal value.
Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from Indian Coin Store.
Payments are processed through authorised payment providers such as Razorpay. Indian Coin Store does not directly store complete card details, UPI PINs, CVVs or online-banking passwords.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is unavailable
- The price or product information contains an obvious error
- The payment is unsuccessful or flagged for verification
- The delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If a paid order is cancelled by us, the amount received will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is not available.
A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies unless a different charge or offer is displayed during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, correct PIN code and active phone number.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us with the order number. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns or replacements may be considered when the customer receives:
- The wrong product
- A product damaged during transit
- A product significantly different from its description
Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and, where available, an unboxing video.
Authenticity concerns should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for coins that match the photographs and description.

Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate. However, occasional typographical, technical or pricing errors may occur.
Product colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
We may correct errors, update information or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary.
Personal Use
Products purchased from Indian Coin Store are intended for lawful collecting, educational, gifting or numismatic purposes.
Customers are responsible for following applicable laws regarding the ownership, resale, transport or export of collectible coins.
As we currently ship only within India, we do not process international or export orders.
Intellectual Property
The Indian Coin Store name, logo, website design, product photographs, descriptions and original content belong to Indian Coin Store unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Website Use
You must not use this website to:
- Place fraudulent or unauthorised orders
- Attempt to interfere with website security
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Copy or misuse our photographs and content
- Engage in unlawful activity
We may restrict access or cancel orders where misuse is reasonably suspected.
Limitation of Liability
Indian Coin Store will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of expected value or changes in the future market value of a collectible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, policies or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be displayed on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
