Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Indian Coin Store, every order is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. As coins are collectible items, we request customers to review the product photographs and description carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us with the order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Replacements

A return or replacement may be requested if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The product is significantly different from its description.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs and, if available, an unboxing video.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Coins that match the photographs and description.
• Natural toning, patina, age-related wear, irregular shape or strike variations.
• Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings.
• Products damaged, cleaned, polished or altered after delivery.

Authenticity Concerns

If you have a genuine concern about the authenticity of a coin, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and details. We will carefully review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days. The actual time taken to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was sent by us.

Return Shipping

Please do not return any product without contacting us first. Our team will provide the return instructions after approving the request.

If the return is due to our error or transit damage, Indian Coin Store will bear the return shipping cost.
