Indian Coin Store currently ships orders only within India. We do not offer international shipping.

 

 

A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies to deliveries anywhere within India. The shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

 

 

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

 

Delivery normally takes approximately 3–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

 

Delivery to remote locations may take additional time. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, transport disruptions or courier delays.

 

 

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking number will be shared through your registered email address, mobile number or WhatsApp.

 

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

 

 

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

 

* Recipient’s full name

* House number and street

* City, district and state

* Correct PIN code

* Active mobile number

 

Address changes can be accepted only before the order has been dispatched.

 

 

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay the applicable shipping charge again for redispatch.

 

 

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details. We will assist you in raising an investigation with the courier company.

 

If the outer package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs or an unboxing video before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

 

We currently do not accept or deliver international orders. Orders can be shipped only to valid addresses within India.
